A wonderful company, with very attentive, professional, and friendly staff that have helped me with any and all issues. I had a bit of a problem getting around the building at first (since no one had been sent as a guide/tour on the first day), but I got over it with help from friendly neighbors. The building is always nice and clean (a huge thanks and appreciation note to the lady). The shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom and showers) are also well kept and maintained, and the hallways are very warm now that it’s winter. The staff is super helpful, and I’m very grateful for their support and management.

I was shown around by Jennifer and though I did not end up finalizing a lease with Xior, she was the nicest and kindest agent I could have desired, showed me a total of 3 rooms and arranged for other viewings immediately after that to make sure I would find something that met my needs. All the rooms she showed me were very nice and within the guidelines I had given her, I wish her the best and I will definitely be keeping Xior in mind were things not to work out as expected with my current arrangement for whatever reason.

Staan in Nederland erom bekend dat ze veel meer servicekosten rekenen dan gerechtvaardigd. Zelf ook een paar aar gewoond, extreem slechte service, administratie niet op orde en proberen studenten contracten aan te smeren die vol fouten en te hoge kosten staan. Vrij waardeloos

4 jaar op kot gezeten in de Mechelsestraat, prachtig kot, maar de service is absoluut minimaal. Zelden telefonisch bereikbaar. Bij checkout 40 minuten moeten wachten, hoewel ik de eerste van de dag was.

Ik ga dit jaar in een studio wonen en ik kan er niets over zeggen, maar het is onaanvaardbaar dat ik een noodgeval heb en ik probeer contact op te nemen met het bureau via e-mail en telefoon en het is onmogelijk. Ik ben al drie dagen achter elkaar aan het mailen en bellen en ik krijg geen antwoord.
Als dit nu het geval is, zal ik, als ik daar ga wonen en ik moet contact opnemen met het bureau voor een ander noodgeval, dezelfde problemen hebben.
Dit is onaanvaardbaar en geen serieuze houding.

The room is dirty, alongside the shared facilities. My room has no curtains and I couldn't sleep there last night so I had to find a place last minute.
They don't answer to emails.
I am regretting taking a room there, please please be careful and avoid this place.
They only have a photo of the room in the website and It is definitely not the room in which I am.

6 prachtige jaren op dit kot gehad. Kotbazen steeds bereikbaar bij problemen en reageerder snel. Gemeenschappelijke ruimtes werden steeds proper gehouden.

Levert het absolute minimum aan dienstverlening, komt contractuele afspraken niet na, weigert na verschillende e-mails en telefoontjes om uitleg te verschaffen over factuur en geeft geen gehoor aan klachten. Bij dit beursgenoteerd bedrijf draait alles om winst en stelt de klant (die daarbij vaak meer betaalt dan bij gelijkaardige bedrijven, voor minder dienstverlening) niets voor.
