Nous avons réservés deux chambres pour deux nuits: l'accueil a été sympathique, nous avons découvert deux belles et spacieuses chambres avec sdb, mini frigo, micro-onde, lit tres confortable, grande tv. et wifi. |Par contre dans une des chambres il n'y avait pas de velux et un des rideaux etait cassé (donc beaucoup de lumiere le matin) et la télé n'a pas du tout fonctionné. Les toilettes sont dans la sdb qui est séparée de la chambre par une porte en accordéon qui ne ferme pas trés bien. |Nous avions réservé la veille de notre arrivée et avions peur de nous retrouver déçus. Le prix était très raisonnable !

Très joliement agencé, très cool et indépendant. Bon acceuil. Petit coin collation, frigo micro onde, café, thé etc Cela vaut 3 étoiles luxe qualité de la literie, s de bain, un peu de problème de stationnement, zone bleue et places rares. J'ai apprécié. Je recommande. Très calme, chambre 16

Réception 24/24 , chambre spacieuse avec sdb et wc, wifi gratuit, Équipée d'une tv, un micro ondes, assiettes, couverts, bouilloire, machine nespresso, sèche cheveux, porte serviettes chauffants. Pas de resto donc si option p'tit déj : déposé devant la porte avec capsule nespresso, thé, un croissant, morceau de baguette, tartine, choco, confiture, beurre, jus, yaourt. Pas de parking. Zone disque bleu dans le quartier (pas le week-end )

So lets start with the biggest downfall of this hotel. No lifts, Lots of stairs. But I guess this is the issue with lots of Brussels 3 star accommodations .If you find cheap rates for this hotels rooms be sure that you are getting the third floor . The staff are lovely. We had a late arrival and hadn't received the email as we did not have good internet on the road. When we arrived we noticed that there wasn't a reception as it was mentioned on hotels.com website. But there was a phone system to contact the reception which is situated in a different hotel (satellite hotel) down the road. So we had to make our way down to sign documents and receive the keys. Luckily we had a car otherwise it is a little bit of a hassle to walk down with lots of luggage to get your keys especially if you have a late night arrival. The rooms were modern and bright. There are 3 floors and top floor rooms are loft rooms. The facilities were impressing i think it had everything you need for long stays . There was a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery, tv and spacious wardrobes and great toiletries such as toothbrush, razors and a few other essentials. The rooms are facing the road but it is a very quite road.

I was a bit wary when I had to stay at Tracotel Inn for budget reasons. I had already read other people's reviews which (luckily) warned that the reception is a few minutes' walk away in another building, and that there are no stairs, so people have to drag their suitcases up.||||Fortunately, that was almost it when it came to the negative aspects. The room was actually nice and spacious, very clean (phew!), with quite a few amenities like shower gel, even microwave, kettle and a good selection of TV channels. The rooms are, put simply, basically student accommodation, but clean and in a good location close to the European institutions.||||I chose a room on the top floor, and there was no disturbing noise from either the other rooms or the street at night.||||Still a bit crazy that you pay, as a minimum, around 100 EUR per night for what is effectively even smaller than student accommodation, but I suppose that's because it's based just off the European quarter.||||I would stay here again if I had to, although again, this is really just a room rather than a hotel.

Il proprietario é italiano, molto gentile e ospitale. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La camera e il bagno sono abbastanza grandi e puliti. Ci sono tutti i confort e la posizione é ottima per soprattutto per chi deve andare all’aeroporto di Zaventem. Fermata dell’autobus 12 a pochi metri. Collegato bene anche per parlamento e per il centro.|

You check in approx 200+m up the road at Satellite hotel so you get your room keys there. Reception staff were helpful and polite and explained everything we wanted to know. Rooms are small and clean with a fridge, microwave and kettle. Shower and toilet are well maintained with clean towels.
You can get disturbed by street traffic and people walking/talking by if you have the windows ajar, but that's to be expected being located on a street corner. All in all a nice pleasent stay.
