Nous avons séjourné en famille de 4 personnes 4 jours au smartflat de Louise.
Les + : réactivité du service client, très bien situé, cuisine fonctionnelle
Les -: mal insonorisé, pas d’intimité (douche encastrée devant le lit): paroi transparente galère pour se doucher devant les enfants. Rangements insuffisants, logement pas très propre. Présence d’un lave vaisselle cool mais pas assez de vaisselle pour le faire tourner 0_O . Il manque au moins 3 fois la quantité de vaisselle. Pareil pour le lave linge: il n’y a pas d’étendoir !! Immeuble qui fait délaissé par ses propriétaires.

Appartement assez petit et bruyant le soir car il donne sur une rue passante. Escalier vraiment casse gueule. Très mauvaise expérience avec le service support de Smartflats en ligne car j’ai été surfacturé de services en plus du prix prévu à la réservation. Service client déplorable je ne recommande pas !

It had a bad smell like drainage all day and night. It was dirty and dusty. The heaters didn’t worked. Didn’t have an inside lock. No space to move in the room. The stairs was very small and dangerous. There was not staff, no one to talk to about the room. The carpet was ruined. I saw in other review that the curtains were a fire hazard (because they were on top of the heater) fyi: the heater does not work anymore!
Anyways is like 10m from the grand place so great location.

Piccole camere in posizione super centrale a Bruxelles. Considerati i prezzi delle locazioni turistiche di questa città, il rapporto qualità/prezzo offerto da Smartflats é davvero ottimo. Le camere sono dentro ad un edificio storico dietro a Grand Place. La camera é piccola ma gode di tutti i confort necessari e ha bagno privato. Non é molto silenzioso ma data la posizione c'è da aspettarselo. É presente una scala a chiocciola antica per raggiungere le camere per cui é consigliabile avere un bagaglio leggero e poco ingombrante (nell'annuncio di Airbnb era chiaramente segnalato). Perfetto per pernottamenti brevi e desiderosi di immergersi nella vita della città.

Pro:

Cons:
1. Fire hazard. The stairway is extremely small, you can barely go up and down. A carry on is a challenge on itself to bring it up the stairs. Forget a larger luggage, can’t see how you’d bring it up other than with a crane through the window.
2. location (veeeery loud from the street party goers. Get ear plugs)
3. Room is about 4 square meters, you literally don’t have room to open a carry on other than the bed
4. Room is very smelly. Mildew probably
5. Mattress is basically just springs, you can feel each one of them individually

Don’t waste your money like we did. We booked this place for two nights, and checked in super late, but we ended up booking a different hotel for the second night.

Stairs : even with small luggage it’s almost impossible to go up.
The room smelled terrible like humidity ( think it’s the carpet ) The shower was dirty with like 2 hands in the cristal.
The mattress feels extremely cheap; and the blankets were humid.
Super noisy which is expected due to the area. There was pee in the entrance and garbage.
Windows were stuck so it took us a bit to open them. If you have a chance to book ibis even if it’s 1-2 blocks away, better due that and have this as your last option.

Lugar pésimo y no recomendable (lo detallo)

En primer lugar, no hay nadie que te atienda.
En segundo lugar, las escaleras de caracol son peligrosas, yo peso bastante y me daba hasta miedo que se hundieran.
En tercer lugar, la decoración tira para atrás y está todo enmoquetado y las paredes pintadas, horrible para alérgicos.
En cuarto lugar, no hay casi espacio en las habitaciones, la ducha y el baño en la habitación pero sin casi lugar ni para la maleta
Falta de higiene, no había luz en el techo, telearañas en las esquinas del techo, la wifi no iba la tv no iba las luces del techo es verdad que había unas bombillas pero cualquier se atreve a ponerlas con los cables sueltos.
El ruido de la calle es tremendo.
No hay cortinas!!! Y te ven del edificio de enfrente!
Si cobraran 30€ la noche bien, asumiendo el riesgo de subir o bajar esas escaleras pero el precio que cobran no lo merece. No había ni una cápsula de newxpresso para el café, y la nevera estaba más fría por fuera que por dentro.

Lo mejor, a 10 metros de la Plaza Grande.

The only thing great about the place is the excelent location.
Our room at the 4 stage didn't even have curtains and the people could see us from the office in front. The room had 9 square meters, and literally only 2 meters square to stand up. When we arrived the pillows were smelly. The owners don't allow refunds, take a lot of time to answer to small requests like the pillows(THEY DIDN'T REPLACE THEM). And the A/C wasn't working. The WIFI basicaly does not exist. It is a scam. They give the qr code and password yet the wifi has zero or 1 bar signal. The window was not allowed to be open neither
