L’hôtel est très bien situé ! Il se situe à l’écart du centre mais relativement proche des attractions touristiques.
La chambre est très bien décorée, assez spacieuse et propre.
L’hôte est très gentille et accueillante !
Seul petit bémol : notre chambre était au premier étage et nous entendons ce qui se passait dans les escaliers. (Jusque 21h30 environ)

Ons verblijf in Brugge was simpelweg fantastisch! De accommodatie was prachtig en straalde charme en comfort uit. De locatie was perfect om de stad te verkennen, maar het was vooral gastvrouw Lisa die onze ervaring onvergetelijk maakte. Ze was ongelooflijk vriendelijk, behulpzaam en attent, waardoor we ons meteen thuis voelden. Een absolute aanrader voor wie Brugge in al zijn schoonheid wil ontdekken!

Ons verblijf hier was ontzettend aangenaam. De centrale locatie maakt het makkelijk om alles in Brugge te voet te verkennen. De kamers zijn schoon, comfortabel en stijlvol ingericht, met een warme en moderne uitstraling.

De voorzieningen zijn helemaal in orde: een goed bed, een fijne douche en alles wat nodig is voor een prettig verblijf.

Een fijne plek om te overnachten in Brugge en absoluut een aanrader voor een volgende keer!

Location was great. The problems were more closely tied to the property manager. I had to confirm with booking.com that this was not a scam. They contacted me well over a week before my stay and told me I had to make a bank transfer to their account for the city tax, that was four euros per day per person. They wanted me to make an international bank transfer for under €30. After days of back and forth on this, they said it would be fine if I left cash in the room for the tax. It doesn’t end there though… they then told me I had to sign up for a third-party service to make a security deposit of €200 with a seven euro nonrefundable one time fee. On top of all this, they send out a 6 page pdf for how to use the lodgings. In this pdf we discovered that there were only two single servings of coffee for a multiple day stay. The toilet paper was a scarce resource, the breakfast on-site was actually a restaurant in a building down the street (not actually associated with the property). This was a disappointment from over a week before we stayed here. Using just misleading in reference to this lodging is a kindness! The “balcony”was a 2’ triangle with room for a small person. At least they are in Brugge, which is a really cool city.

Make sure you're comfortable with pooping/being naked in front of whoever you're sharing your room with. No bathroom doors or privacy for after the shower. You can also hear every single step anyone takes, every word they say in the foyer and everytime anyone opens the front door. The stairs are LOUD. Be prepared to get a 7 page document on all the rules. You only get 2 nespressos for your entire stay "if you're a coffee lover then you have to get your own" but the machine is the most expensive coffee machine so you either have to buy expensive coffee or buy instant. The landlord hounded my friend while he was in the hospital in prague BEFORE his stay to bank transfer the city tax (16€) didn't say anything about his hospitalization and eventually said he could leave the cash in the room after 5 days of going back and forth, stressing him out during his serious hospitalization. The toilet doesn't have a toilet seat cover by the way, so enjoy the poop smell if someone poops. Make sure you lift the giant curtain up and set it on the window ledge if you want heat. The balcony isn't a balcony. Its a 1ft triangle. For how picky she is, I dont think she should be a landlord. Also theres no breakfast. Its not a bed and breakfast. She also makes you get renters insurance before you stay. Do NOT recommend. I think there was pets in the room because there's pet hair all over the rugs that got all over my clothes and socks. Gross. No elevator so make sure you can carry your bags up narrow spiral stairs.

Very beautiful and comfortable room. Very happy with our stay. We were allowed to check in really late but still had the necessary support.

Very minor annoyance was though: the bright light of TV straight into your eye at night and noisy refrigerator. But the rest is perfect including the location.

Geen parkeergelegenheid of ontbijt. In de douche stond alleen een shampoo en body lotion voor heren. Voor 2 nachten geboekt en voor 2 personen maar 2 koffie cups. Heel gehorig gebouw. De weg was open gebroken en we hebben het hele weekend van een rioollucht kunnen genieten. Dit was vooraf niet gecommuniceerd. De rest van de kamer was prima. Zag er netjes uit. Tapijt in de kamer ligt los, dus wel opletten dat je ‘s nachts niet valt

Wat een super verblijf heb ik hier gehad! Moest ik hier langer kunnen blijven hebben, ik deed het direct. Één ding staat vast: als ik Brugge nog eens bezoek, dan zal het met Nocturne zijn. Top ontvangst, heel nette kamers en de locatie is perfect gelegen! In de rust, maar toch dicht bij alle bezienswaardigheden in hartje Brugge. Dit smaakt naar meer! 🙂
