I was staying in apartment house in the Brugmann garden in Brussel with friends at the end of last year. The owners are very nice people. In the house there is a very friendly and homely atmosphere. The rooms and the whole interior is decorated in a very nice and pleasant style, each rooms are decorated in a different style.The room was clean. Every morning we had a rich breakfast with fresh pastries and homemade jams. I highly recommend staying in this aparments.

We stayed at the flat for a few days. Had booked an extra bed for the kid but they never provided one. Not even sheets for the couch. Despite numerous calls to the agency they never honored the booking. At the last day, they could not even give us a refund. We have stayed at several similar flats but never been so neglected by the managing staff. Will never promote this place. Cannot be trusted.

Don't make a reservation here. They took a deposit when it was not to be charged and then refused to return it. Status still pending and it is hoped they will do what is right. Reservation was not until June 2019 and cancellation was 4 months in advance without penalty. Why would they charge and not return funds? Can this establishment be trusted

The only Minor gripe I have is that the safe didn't work, because there was no battery.
