Staying at Le Petit Verdus in Bordeaux was an unforgettable experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the sheer beauty of the property. The grounds were immaculately maintained with breathtaking views of the surrounding vineyard. Inside, the chateau was just as stunning—each room was tastefully decorated with a perfect blend of French charm and modern comforts, making it feel luxurious yet welcoming.

Two of the highlights of our stay was the private cooking class and chef's dinner that was arranged for us. Both were immersive and memorable experiences. Not only did we learn how to prepare a gourmet meal, but the chef came back to make a private birthday dinner which we got to enjoy in the stunning dining room of the chateau. Chef Slim was incredibly skilled, personable and accommodating to our food preferences.

A special mention must be made of Anna, the concierge, who was simply outstanding. From the very start of our vacation, she went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Whether it was arranging transportation to ordering the private wine from the chateau, Anna’s dedication and warmth made everything seamless and stress-free. Her responsiveness and willingness to accommodate our every request truly made us feel cared for throughout our entire stay.

We couldn’t have asked for a more magical or relaxing vacation. It’s the perfect escape for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the beauty, culture, and cuisine of Bordeaux.

We booked Chateau Le Petit Verdus for a New Year celebration and it was fantastic! The chateau and grounds are spectacular, and the team were super helpful and quick to respond to any questions/requests. The location is great, too - only 40 mins from Bordeaux airport. Would definitely recommend!

I had the privilege of visiting the lovely Chateau Le Petit Verdus in September 2021. It was a magnificent experience! The castle is incredible, and its decorations are just beautiful. The view from the windows of the expansive fields is something that I remember quite vividly. The place was tidy and very luminous! We enjoyed having breakfast outside on the terrace, and the swimming pool was a dream. It was a magical experience, and just looking at the pictures makes me nostalgic. What an amazing time full of laughter with friends. Day or night, and from every angle, the chateau offers perfect photographs. I hope that one day I can visit it once again. I have very fond memories of it. I can only recommend it!

My wife and I and some friends recently stayed at Chateau Le Petit Verdus and had an incredible time. Driving through the gates and seeing the Chateau looked like something out of a fairy tale. We hired chef Michael to make us dinner for two of the nights, and the food was fantastic. Anita, the house manager, took care of us the whole time. Nothing was missed. The owner was easy to work with, and I will definitely stay at the Chateau when I return.

It was like a fairy tale having our own French Chateau to celebrate our family get together! The accommodations are beautiful with a lot of common rooms to gather, have meals, and family fun. The staff was extremely helpful and helped to arrange two nights of a special chef dinner prepared for all. It was very convenient to Bordeaux city and surrounding ancient towns and vineyards. We had a blast! Thank you, Chateau Le Petit Verdus, and we will look forward to our next visit!

The Chateau is a lovely place but for the price the beds and towels are terrible. Unless it is for children 2 rooms are unusable. Very thin towels. There is poor lighting in the bathroom so it is impossible to properly shave or put on make up. NOTE: Although it is advertised that there is concierge service which will for a fee provide you with a chef and help you with other arrangements, this service is non-existent. Anita and Adam saved the day. They are hard working and took care of every request they could (within their limited control). We had 3 cars and only 2 gate passes which made it difficult unless we were all coming back at the same time. 3 of the showers were unusable. The rooms with the tubs had hand held showers which could not be used because the surrounding shower curtains were between the shower head and the tub. This meant unless one wanted water all over one you had to try to hold the shower curtains shut while holding the shower head in the other. Great location and beautiful chateau but the beds and towels need to be upgrades and shower curtains installed differently
