Every year we stay for several weeks in an apartment CAPITALCONDOS. It is a luxurious property provided with everything you can ask for. It is contemporary, spacious, clean, nicely decorated and air-conditioned. The many windows have light control louver drapes. The open kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and includes furthermore a washing machine. The living room offers comfortable seats, a dining table for four and a stylish refrigerator with freezer compartment. Excellent WiFi. The detached apartments are next to a large garden with terraces, an added value that we appreciate and that makes our stay all the more enjoyable. Many amenities are within walking distance from the property and there are plenty of places to eat out and opportunities to buy take-away meals. The location is favorable to visit all places in Belgium and even beyond borders. The train station is at the end of the avenue. The reception desk is on site. At any time of the day guests can appeal on the management who, in our own experience, always assist with friendly willingness.

First of all, I have to say I have been leaving in this house for 6 months, therefore I know quite well what I am going to talk about. Secondly, AVOID TO GO TO THAT HOUSE, price is too much high for the zone where it is located as there is nothing in that area, NOTHING, and the owner is a person that you can’t trust. Here you have all my conclusions about this house after leaving 6 months in it:
1.- You won’t have any privacy, the owner enters the house whenever she wants, with the excuse of taking away the waste in the domestic dustbin she enters, also without knocking on the door. The door has a code that she knows and the she opens without knocking on the door.
2.- She changes the temperature of the AC when you are not at home.
3.- The woman that is cleaning the house enters the house with her dog, and that dog has broken some of my belongings. The owner has never paid to me the broken things
4.- The house has a garden for the people that rent the apartment, but forget to use it, it is not for you, it is for the owner and their Friends that spend the day sitting at the garden drinking wine and other drinks. Then you go to the garden expecting to have a relax time sitting outside but no… the table is always busy by the owner and their friends. The owner has a part of the garden at the end that is private for her, but she uses the part of the garden that is for the apartments. So… forget about privacy inside the apartment and also at the garden.
5.- The owner Parks an old ban at the garden full with spiders that don’t let you see the garden from the house… the only views you have is the old huge ban parked there. She could park it at the end of the garden which is a private area for them…no… it is always parked at the area she is renting with the apartments.
7.- You are going to see the owner of the house thousands of times a day… she spends almost the whole day in the so called “office” in order to control all that happens there.
8.- Regarding the personal experience with the owner, you CAN’T trust her. She says one things and then she is doing a different thing, putting a knife in your back is she can. She likes to shout to you and also she likes to threaten you. If things are not according to her ideas, then she treats you without any respect.
Answer to your answer:I stayed in your place 6 months because my company paid the huge amount of money you asked for EACH MONTH. NO debts are open. You earn a lot of money from us as YOU WELL KNOW. I review my time in your place and my negativity is coming just FROM YOU

Twee prachtige kraaknette appartementen met veel luxe. Optimaal voor twee personen per appartement. Ruime parking achteraan met proper onderhouden tuin waar het bij goed weer gezellig toeven is. Supervriendelijke uitbaters
