Pour une première en Belgique, nous avons été conquis.||The Willow Lodge est magnifique. La décoration est top.||Micheline et John sont adorables et d'une attention de chaque instant.||Tout est charmant, pratique, très convivial.||La Belgique par leur maison est mémorable.

Positive: We were made very welcome. Bed was extremely comfortable. Excellent and varied breakfast. House very interesting with antique furniture & beautiful garden. Very quiet setting but only 5 minutes walk to bar, restaurants & train station for visits to Ghent, Brugges, Brussels etc. All together a gem of a B & B..

Willow Lodge is one of the most beautiful B&Bs I've seen. A gorgeous home, beautifully decorated. Incredibly, there's a lift/elevator! The owner is so kind and gave us rides to the nearby train station in the rain. Breakfast was delicious. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds. Easy internet access. The cutest little fridge with complimentary beverages. Lots of little touches and care for detail to make you want to move in for the long term. Small hassle with catching trains--know the schedule and stops ahead of time so you don't stand out waiting for long.

Michelin and John-the owners of the hotel are the most generous, kind and nice people we ever met! It was the best stay we had during two weeks of our holidays.the house where we lived was beautifully decorated, every detail is kept in mind.the rooms are quite big and also very beautiful.the toilet/douche is also as spacious as one more room.the towels were very soft and nice. Michelin kindly provided us with a mini-bar which was included in price where we found a bottle of wonderful white wine. The breakfast is great,you have eggs,juices,breads, croissants,cheese,ham,youghurt,freshly squeezed juice. Michelin also gave us some good addresses of the restaurants in the nearby,but when we arrived to one of them-it was difficult to communicate to hosts as they did not speak English,then Michelin and her husband went to the restaurant with us and helped a lot! We had a very wonderful stay thanks to this family!!!they are the best! The service/friendliness level is beyond any expectations!don't miss this little sweet place!

A wonderful place to stay for the weekend. Beautiful setting, wonderful rooms and the perfect hosts. We were thoroughly spoilet by Michelin and John. One of the best sleeps i have had in a long time as the shutters were shut and we had no idea what the time was. very clos to the train station, easy access to Brussels and Gent. Treated like we were the king and queen. WONDERFUL.

This B&B turned out to be the perfect choice for a visit to Ghent. Micheline and John were charming, hospitable and helpful hosts. The house is situated in a quiet residential road and offers two modern and tasteful rooms with a sitting area in between. There is even a lift up to them. Breakfast was extensive, with original touches, and thoughtfully presented. ||||The railway station is a short walk away and Ghent is just a six-minute train ride from there. We were walking out of Gent-Sint-Pieters station less than 30 minutes after leaving Willow Lodge. De Pinte is a pleasant town with several restaurants, a couple of which we tried at our hosts' suggestion. This was a wonderful place to end our European tour.

Uiterst vriendelijk en persoonlijk onthaal, mervrouw staat altijd voor je klaar. Heel mooie kamers, super net, alles is voorzien. Ontbijt waar je 100% van kan genieten. Rust en stilte.
