Our group of 8 friends stayed here for Tomorrowland Friendship package and had a great time.

The rooms themselves are all uniquely furnished. Any essentials you can ask the hosts or buy at a supermarket or convenience store minutes away.

Location wise it is under 10mins walk from the Centraal station. Very safe and quiet neighborhood.

There was a heat wave during our stay and it was a bit stuffy since there is no air conditioning here. The fans and windows help though. Two of us stayed in The Black Room on the second level which had a ton of space and was very comfortable. There is coffee machine for coffee and tea.

Breakfast every morning on the bottom floor made by the hosts - was a great option.

Overall we had no issues and would recommend!

So many b&b's to choose before booking our trip we believe to have found a perfect gem. This b&b is in a great location short walk from central station and convenient for places to visit in Antwerp. The owners are very friendly and informative of the area and explain all you need to know and go. The house is very grand clean and tidy and our room 'the white room' extremely spacious the bed is large and comfortable with floor to ceiling windows and blackout curtains to ensure a good nights sleep. There a is bath big enough for two and a walk in shower opposite our room very tastefully decorated. Breakfast is fresh fruits and continental ham and cheese, breads yoghurt eggs all very plentiful to give you a good start to your day. So pleased we chose this b&b out of all that is on offer. Thank you to both Patricia and her husband for a great weekend.

Paul and Patricia are lovely hosts. We stayed in the attic room which was delightful. Beautifully decorated and spacious. The espresso machine was a lovely touch. We didn't have breakfast but the breakfast room was a stunning piece of art. Paul and Patricia told an interesting story of how they renovated the place. They gave us lots of good tips to see both the tourist and local side of Antwerp. Would definitely recommend this b&b to anyone visiting Antwerp. Overall a very pleasant stay.

I was in Antwerp for just one night on a business trip and my boss suggested to stay at this B&B and I won't regret it. Having stayed there, the only thing I regret is that I just stayed one night. The room is huge and the espresso machine was just the perfect welcoming surprise after a long trip! The owners are very cheerful and helpful! The breakfast was just amazing, croissants, fresh fruits, eggs... just everything that you may want! Definitely want to go back...

stayed from 13/14 june 2015 with family of 5, with 3 kids from 18, 16 & 14. arrived in a very big hurry as we had only 20 mins to dress up for a galaparty. Peter was so nice to understand immediately and ordered taxi's for us. (we didn't fancy to go in the nearby tram on high heels and tuxedo's). we appreciated the large space we had as we were running around to get ourselves dressed up. the kids stayed at the attic (3rd floor), which is in fact a nice apartment with a large kitchen and own bathroom. we especially appreciated the third bed. I guess a lot of families with 3 kids or 1 kid recognise this. very often the extra bed is a crappy thin mattras with iron bars underneath. but this third bed was a joy for my 18 year old son. we stayed on the 2nd floor in the Black Room. this room also had a bathroom and a large sitting area and much to my surprice a genuine full length mirror, of which a nevy would have thought to ask for but came in conveniently!. there is no airco but we could open windows to all sides which is very pleasant. as the building is from 1870, the floors squeek a tiny little bit. so if you are noise sensitive, you will bring your earplugs probably anyway. or ask for the attic. the berakfast room used to be the saloon and is still in a splendid condition. the rooms carry a very nice mix of todays comfort and freshness and caracter from the old days. so a very nice mix. also I appreciated, as a tea drinker, the nice brands and flavours on the rooms. very often you just get the cheapest black tea but here the choice was great.||||as mentioned many times before, the breakfast is a joy. with mozarella/tomato basilicum, fresh strawberries and cherrys, nice cheeses and ham, cornflakes, nutel;la, applepie, yoghurt with fruit...you name it they have it. and all of a high quality. we didn't get around to try the eggs but I am convinced they must be great too. unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy Antwerpen but the cabdriver mentioned the highlights as we were heading to our party at the harbour. we got the impression that everything was within reach.whenever we will come back to enjoy Antwerpen we would like to stay here. (my daughter just mentioned the pleasant view at the back, nice city gardens and the stairs which Peter and patricia always mention. no problem at all for us (didn't cross my mind to mention it as I didn't experience it at all) thanks Peter and Patricia for a nice stay!

We enjoyed a 3 night stay in the Black Suite in September. Our host and hostess were delightful and we spent some time learning about the interesting "diamond trade" and the roll the Belgiums have played in it. Our suite was on the third floor, very spacious, well appointed and cozy. We found the stair climbing somewhat daunting as my husband has issues with his leg but younger couples would find it a great chance for exercise on their holiday. The breakfast room was welcoming and the ceiling absolutely beautfiul! What a super find in a city such as Antwerp.||We spent time walking in the area and dining out. We had our first Lebanese meal and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our favourite area by the cathedral we reached by the tram which we had purchased a 10 pass on the day we arrived and found it an easy way to get around the city. We left our car parked for the 3 days which allowed both of us to enjoy the sights without the worry of congested traffic. ||This was a great B & B which we would highly recommend.

Love it, Love it, Love it.. What a great B&B this is. Nice and close to the train station but tucked away in a quiet street, a true hidden gem.

The room was fantastic, large very comfortable well equipped with great furnishings and decor and more importantly very clean (spotless). The owners must be very proud of their business. I found them very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Even the communication emails after making the booking was very reassuming. I was there for a business trip during Break Bulk 2016 and was given a city map with advise on the transport links plus tips on where to go in my spare time.

A true and honest experience and great value for money, better than most hotels I've stayed in. I highly recommend staying here and will be sharing my thoughts with my industry peers and colleagues, and will now make this my first choice to stay when back in Antwerp. Thank you again for making me very welcome while sharing your home.. Take care Andrew
