My husband and I shared a 2 BR apartment with a friend of ours for 2 months. The apartment had everything we needed, and was in a great location. Valerie worked with us to make sure we were well moved in, and communicated regularly during our stay there. There was a cleaning of the sheets every other week. We would happily recommend, and hope to work with Advas Flats again.

Great place, very clean. Lovely location.
The staff were very friendly.

The only downside was that they expect it to be *spotless* when you leave - so prepare to leave time to clean it to a high standard before you leave.

We stayed just one night, arriving late in the day and checking out in the morning, so no time to hoover, etc - but having run holiday accommodation businesses ourselves, that's not generally expected of guests.

We got marked down on our AirBnB rating on this, which we were a bit baffled by as we didn't cook food (other than boiling some water and using a couple of plates).

We *did* fall in a pond that we thought was a crazy golf course in the local citadel park (do visit there, but watch out for water that looks like ground when covered by fallen blossom), and so the only thing we can imagine is where we rinsed our clothes in the sink...but again don't feel we left any mess out of the ordinary/that wouldnt have been cleaned as standard.

My company rents flats/apartments regularly from Advas. The service is excellent - definitely above average. The apartments are well-equipped, tastefully furnished, and very clean.

Advas is very responsive to questions or requests. I highly recommend them.

July 2020-March 2021 We rented a one berdroom appartment from Advas. New building, excellent location near train Station of Gent, excellent connection to city, parks, shops everything just aroubd the corner in a very nice and safe neighborhood. The appartment was brand new, furnished modern, fully equiped, beddings, cleaning and parking arranged from our hosts. Last but not least, best hosts you can ask for, kind, responsive, thoughtful and discrete. We recommend Advas 100%. We felt right at home from day one in a year that is challenging for everyone. Thank you for having us!

I stayed for a month in an Advas apartment when I arrived in Gand. Valerie is so nice and very helpful. The apartment was well furnished and so big. I had a very pleasant time there.

I spent 3 months in Advas business flats and to be honest I was quite impressed.
First thing is location one of the best in Ghent, train conection, delhaze is 10 minutes from apartment.
