Spent three excellent days and nights at this very impressive historic and characteristic establishment. Rooms are full of character clean and comfortable and the on-suites large and effective. Breakfast is varied and tasteful especially the scrambled eggs with plenty to keep you going till lunch time in a beautiful breakfast room full of trinkets and photos which reminds you of a bygone age. Chris our host is extremely pleasant and accommodating and filled us in on the surrounding areas especially Antwerpen and Bruges.||I would certainly recommend Villa Acacia to anyone and would certainly stay again in the future.||||Harry D

I have to visit Antwerp and Kapellen on a regular basis and found my "second home" in the Villa Acacia. They have a couple of very nicely decorated bedrooms with attached comfortable and well equipped bathrooms. The breakfast room is nice and warmly furnished and... Breakfast itself is a phenomenal treat! The hosts are very welcoming and will do anything to make your visit a memorable one. Geen vriendelijke mensen beetje te zuinig in verzorging

This is a little gem hidden in Kapellen, a small village approx. 20km north of Antwerp.||The B&B is located in a quiet street in the centre of the village with lots of restaurants nearby at walking distance. We've stayed in the Red Room and in the Yellow Room (both with decent ensuite bathrooms) and they were equally comfortable (with free Wi-Fi as an added bonus). Host Chris welcomes you in a friendly and professional way to his beautifully decorated mansion and he has lots of useful information at hand for exploring the area. He prepares a delicious breakfast every morning with fresh goodies and yum homemade jams. ||Do try this place out, it’s great.

The place is a really beautiful old mansion full of character. The lady owner was very kind to prepare packed breakfast for us as we had to leave very early in the morning! It is located right in the city center, with many restaurants at walking distance. Parking was free and the room really nice. Definitely a place to come back!

Gelegen in het hart van Kapellen, centraal gelegen, met alles in de buurt. Een mooi oud huis, met de warme ontvangst van de eigenaars. Kamers op de 2e etage waren ruim voldoende. Ook het ontbijt werd met een glimlach geserveerd. Wij betaalden 150€ voor 3 personen.

Tolle einzigartige Zimmer mit einem tollen Ambiente und wir hatten ein schönes großes Bad. Hier würden wir jederzeit wieder übernachten.
